The pilot was very unprofessional as he was smoking prior to takeoff. Took my husband on a sunset flight over Gilbert as a Christmas present. I hope the owner now knows their staff are operating in such a manner under the companies name. Will not book or recommend this company.Ībsolutely upset about money poorly spent. After reading other reviews I wish we would have done so sooner. Usually you'll have one customer service hiccup during an experience, but the entire trip felt like the twilight zone. Another couple left along with us because they were also fed up with the blatant lack of professionalism and courtesy of the staff. The staff member responded by telling us to settle up with the pilot before departing (we prepaid). We let the staff know in case they went to do a headcount and noticed we were gone, but they weren't operating with procedures. Once they located the vehicle with the flat, we decided to get our own transportation back to our car. They drove us around for another 30 plus minutes making loops on the highway with no clear destination. The right move would be to drop us off, then go back to offer your help and pick up the other vans passengers. Legally you can't keep us in your vehicle. We asked if they could drop us off at our cars first and they refused. Our driver/staff member said we were going back to help. Once we finally left the landing area we were about 12 minutes away from being dropped off to our personal vehicles when the other van/trailer called saying they had a flat. The pilot was smoking his cigarette during this experience as he stood alongside the tanks and flames. You had older and elderly passengers stacked on their sides as the basket kept tipping over into the dirt. We crashed through a tree/bush and concrete debris on landing and the support crew were so far away we continually tipped over while waiting. ![]() It took so long to find a take off location that our air time was maybe 30 minutes, and 10 minutes in they were seeking a landing zone as we careened towards downtown. We inevitably parked in a no trespassing marked area next to a school and a major roadway. ![]() The staff in the vehicle were non communicative as they attempted to find a launch site, and would exit and return to the vehicle, without updating us. If you don't have a guaranteed accessible launch site, send one of your team out to secure one before taking your guests on the journey. It's obvious to save on costs and enhance profits that they didn't own land or pay for the right to launch from someone else's land. We spent an aggregeous amount of time riding in the van while the staff continually pulled up to private properties with locked gates, to which they did not have access. Once picked up and on the road it became apparent that they did not have a dedicated take off area.
